  • Access to training and webinars at no cost
  • Referrals to many resources
  • Co-working spaces and onsite resources at the Granite School in Folsom, California – without any lease payments

The Project Momentum’s experienced consultants can help you with a variety of business needs, including restarting your business, effective planning and action steps, marketing and advertising strategies, accelerating business growth, exploring loan and investment opportunities, and finding the right employees to support your success.

Eligibility

To be eligible for this program you must meet the following basic requirements:

  • Be a for profit company
  • Business address in Sacramento County, with preference for County Supervisor District 4 (address look up)
  • Can self-attest to impact on your business from COVID

Funding for the program is Made possible through the American Rescue Plan Act Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund awarded to the County of Sacramento by the U.S. Department of the Treasury.

Natalie Nunez

Natalie Nunez is a Marketing Consultant and Business Coach dedicated to helping small businesses and entrepreneurs accelerate growth. She uses her years of experience in product marketing at Google and other Fortune 500 companies to help clients confidently transition into entrepreneurship and elevate their businesses through impactful marketing strategies across branding and social, mindset shifts, and strategic planning. Her drive is fueled by her loving family and her desire to see everyone achieve their fullest potential. 

Justin Raithel

Justin Raithel is an entrepreneur with experience founding companies in medicine, real estate, and software. He consults Sacramento small businesses on data analysis and strategy and was recognized in Sacramento Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 and by the Folsom Chamber.

With years on local planning commissions, Justin assists in business location, regulatory processes, and project management. A licensed engineer and certified full-stack developer, he’s also served as COO for small businesses, focusing on efficient operations through technology and talent integration.

Scott Rogalski

Scott Rogalski is a seasoned business finance expert with nearly 20 years in growth strategy, capital access, and partnerships, supporting small businesses across California. After earning a Finance degree from Sacramento State, he held leadership roles at Wells Fargo and Farmers & Merchants Bank.

In 2015, Scott founded a nonprofit to connect small businesses with resources, followed by a consulting firm. Now at NorCal SBDC, he strengthens partnerships and leads programs empowering businesses statewide.

Maye C. Saephanh

Maye C. Saephanh founded Advancing Development and Impact Strategies to support economic development, small business growth, and strategic planning. She was Senior VP at the California Asian Pacific Chamber of Commerce and Director of the Sacramento MBDA Business Center.

With over 20 years in government and international development, Saephanh has worked in 20+ countries with organizations like USAID and the UN. Career highlights include launching Afghanistan’s first post-conflict trade export and helping CalAsian win its first Century Club Award from the MBDA.

Tyler Clark

Tyler Clark is a seasoned finance executive focused on enhancing management practices through KPIs, financial modeling & planning, and fortifying operational and accounting processes.  Tyler stewards assets and personnel, creating strategic plans and business partnerships that move companies forward. Jim Kaspari

Jim helps clients build profitable, streamlined businesses, combining mindset coaching to overcome blocks with strategies for faster growth. A published author and speaker, he’s consulted over 600 clients across nine countries. As founder of PEAK Business University, Jim emphasizes planning before marketing execution to maximize success.

He holds a B.S. in Biological Sciences from UC Davis, with further studies at MIT and UC Berkeley. Jim also leads frequent workshops and reads extensively on business and personal growth.

Walter Dario Di Mantova

Walter Dario Di Mantova for 35 years created public and private enterprises to save lives, build jobs, promote growth, and disrupt poverty through learning.

Di Mantova directed organizations that provided training, consulting and applied research and development to Fortune 100 companies, six Federal agencies, some of the world’s largest unions as well as hundreds of suppliers, large and small, in nine different countries.

Twice Director of Sacramento’s Small Business Development Center, he has for the last eight years been a Partner, Executive Strategic Advisor, or Mentor for twelve technology startups in California all led by women and/or people of color. 

Danielle Nunes

Danielle Nunes helps entrepreneurs transition confidently into the CEO role. With 12+ years in corporate operations, she’s led large teams and managed multimillion-dollar projects. As a licensed therapist, she also tackles the emotional challenges of leadership.

Danielle guides founders in establishing planning rhythms, defining core values, and fostering team growth. Through her fractional CEO services, she empowers business owners to scale sustainably, creating self-sufficient businesses and authentic leadership.
